“Seemingly sisters by chance, the friendships, opportunities, and memories created at Alpha Chi Omega are no mere coincidence. Nationally, we are connected by a common commitment to academics, leadership development, societal opportunities, and to ultimately strengthening our college community. On the University of Washington campus, however, I speak on behalf of 105 active members when I say that Alpha Chi Omega has provided a family unlike any other. This group of girls has truly shaped my college experience into unforgettable and irreplaceable moments, ranging from winning Delta Tau Delta’s Miss Greek Week to organizing a domestic violence-awareness walk to simply studying together before a dreaded finance exam. Through these instances, I have found that the letters adorned on our sweatshirts truly represent more than just an organization, but the women who have positively impacted my life. My decision to “Go A Chi O” has developed me into the best possible version of myself, and I am so honored to be a member of such an incredible chapter.”
